Ready, Set, Adventure! How our business was set up to say YES to "Amazing Race Canada"

Hey fellow adventurers and coaches!

Are you ready to embark on an incredible journey filled with excitement, challenges, and growth?

We sure were when we got the call to be on "Amazing Race Canada!" Little did we know that this experience would not only be an unforgettable adventure but also a profound testament to the strength of our coaching business.

Picture this: 4 weeks away from home, no access to social media, our phones, or computers. Sounds like a dream for an adventure enthusiast, but what about our coaching clients?

Could our business thrive while we were away? The answer is a resounding YES! Let us share our story of how we set up our coaching business to flourish, even during an epic adventure!

1. Laying the Foundation for Freedom

From the very beginning, we built our coaching business with freedom in mind. We wanted to be able to say YES to life's adventures without compromising the growth and success of our clients and our business. This meant creating systems and processes that could run smoothly even in our absence.

2. Empowering Our Clients

We firmly believe in empowering our clients. Our business has always offered results over sessions, so when we got the call to run around the country for 4 weeks, we knew our clients wouldn’t skip a bit. In fact, it empowered them to lean into the foundations we had set up.

3. Trusting the Process

Stepping away from our business for 4 weeks was not without moments of uncertainty. Let’s face it. We have set it up to leave…but had never actually left. (Big Yikes) But we knew we had laid a solid foundation, and it was time to trust the process. And guess what? Our clients continued to thrive, and our business grew while we enjoyed thrilling challenges on "Amazing Race Canada!"

4. Celebrating Our Clients' Success

One of the most rewarding aspects of our journey was seeing our clients flourish in their own adventures. While we conquered challenges on the show, our clients were conquering their own goals back home. It was a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do – to inspire, empower, and celebrate the success of others.

5. The True Essence of Living Fully

"Amazing Race Canada" was an adventure of a lifetime but also taught us valuable lessons about living fully. We discovered that saying YES to incredible experiences didn't mean saying NO to our business; it meant saying YES to the life we envisioned.

Now, it's your turn!

As fellow coaches, we encourage you to envision a life where you can say YES to your dreams, passions, and wildest adventures.

Build a coaching business that can thrive even when you're away, and empower your clients and team to shine in your absence.

Remember, life is meant to be lived fully, and your coaching business should be a catalyst for adventure, growth, and success!
